"We loved the location - close to the University of Glasgow and many restaurants. If you want to enjoy life as a local, and not a tourist, this is a great location. The property is small, but neat and clean and an efficient use of space. It is up several flights of stairs, very manageable, as long as you are aware. Very good communication with Shannon. "

friendly hotel with very attentive staff, and, a breakfast sausage to boot! Unfortunately, missed the turnoff to get to the hotel, which caused some stress for the driver. We will be better prepared for our next stay, though. Slight issue with the toilet flushing, or running constantly, but, the duty manager resolved the issues within good time."

friendly hotel. Reception staff at check in was extremely curt verging on rudeness. When asking if pool was still open said wouldn’t think so as it was their weekend this was at 5.30pm!! Sent us to spa to ask ourselves not what you would expect of a hotel of this standard! Fortunately the rest of the staff were so helpful and their service was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean and pool facilities were great. "
