The comforter was dirty on arrival but promptly fixed. We have no real issues with any Marriott, but they should not give out handicapped rooms to able-bodied people.

After traveling all day, i was informed my check in is available at 9pm, checked in went up to my room to find out the heat was not working. After informing the person at the front desk, they told me to go back to the cold room and wait 45 min to see if the heat will come on, really, not to offer to get a different room? Poor customer service !!! Wonder how they would feel if they were told to go back to the cold room and wait 45 min after all day traveling. There was no reolution addressed. Shame on so called managers to address an issue.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. The walk in shower with shampoo and body wash was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh with something for everyone. Will return on our next trip north.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Disappointing lack of water pressure in the shower. Breakfast area was clean but food only mediocre. Eggs were tasteless, oatmeal watery. On the other hand, the lady serving was lovely.

First time staying at a Marriott hotel. Room was lovely and beds were super comfortable and restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was great, too. Loved everything about this hotel!

Excellent stay all around 10/10. The front staff are friendly and courteous providing an easy checkin experience. The room is spacious, well-lit, and very clean. This will now be our go-to place to stay when in the Dover, DE area. All other facilities in this area would do themselves well to see how to run a top notch hotel.

I LOVE this Hotel!
The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriot Dover in Dover DE is EXCELLENT! Spotlessly clean and fresh in every space with a delicious breakfast and safe parking right outside the front door in a lot. I was upgraded to a King Suite upon arrival without even asking. The front desk clerk actually even printed out a document I needed for my morning meeting when I was having trouble signing in on their computer. I will definitely stay there again! It's also convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as the casino and the air force base.

Everything was as expected, room was clean, bed comfortable, check in easy, convenient location, price fair. It would have been nice to have another chair. Neither of us like particularly to sit on the bed, but not a complaint, just a suggestion
