Rooms need updated & cleaned better
Easy check-in & nice reception area but elevator, halls, and our room were not real clean. Found grime in headboards, dirt on floors, used towel in closet, & trash on floor between beds. Bayhroom nerds update.

Very clean. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great. The parking was only sketchy because of the ice and snow.

The property was clean and quiet. It is a bit pricey for Douglas, Wyoming.

The front desk lady (same person check-in & check-out) was rude to us, w em snapping at my 84 year old mom for a question she asked We got about 4 hours sleep each night due to loud banging noise coming from above and both rooms on the side until about 2am. I gave the hotel an overall 2 star rating because our room was clean and the breakfast lady was very friendly!
