"They have long term residents staying at this property. Dont expect them to be friendly. Your just a torn in there side and the quicker you leave the happier they are. The property is crap. Minimum upkeep going on around the building. The apartment and room are not bad they were pretty clean. The bathroom sink was gross. Someone with no home training treated it like a dumpster. The bath tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. I would never stay there again."

"I live in the neighborhood so I am familiar with this hotel. The first time I stayed was when my son was in town vising for a week. The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and very quiet. The A/C was ice cold which was very nice during these hot days. The spacious hot shower and rainfall shower fixture was a-ma-zing. So much so that I told my husband about it and we returned for a mini getaway. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We plan to return again especially for the cold A/C and hot shower."
"Everything about our stay was wonderful. The customer service was excellent, the staff, the location, everything exceeded our expectations. Although we did have a small issue upon arrival with the first apartment assigned to us, the team responded quickly and kindly relocated us. In the end, it worked out even better; the new unit had a better view, more space, and several other improvements.
For our first time here, the experience was truly excellent. We know each guest may have a different experience, and sometimes negative reviews can discourage others, but in our case, everything turned out well, thank God.
We genuinely recommend it 100%! Most likely, we’ll definitely come back — so if you’re considering it, give yourself the chance to visit and don’t miss out on the best of the best.
