Brilliant stay! The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are extremely helpful, the bar/restaurant/breakfast buffet has a relaxed atmosphere with great selection of food & the added bonus of having a lovely pool & spa in the hotel! Would definitely stay again!

We booked a double bed room when we arrived to our room it was only one king bed- we sked the front desk to change it back to double bed they helped us and accommodated our request - thank you!

Czysto ale słabe ogrzewanie.
Hotel przyjemny, bardzo uprzejma obsługa w restauracji. Dostępny basen, temperatura wody nie jest wysoka. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z wyłączonym ogrzewaniem - na zewnątrz było około zera stopni, w pokoju 17 stopni Celsjusza - grzejnik włacza sie samemu, zanim pokój sie zagrzał, trzeba było wyjeżdżać. Chyba konieczne jest,żeby obsługa hotelu, wiedząc o rezerwacjach, właczała ogrzewanie w odpowiednich pokojach, chyba to nie jest zbyt trudne ?

GrwT business hotel, but food let’s it down
Friendly staff, clean and quiet, despite being busy- however the choice of food at the entrance lobby restaurant was extremely limited and very expensive.

We booked a king bed and the property information specifically said the room had a bathtub, but we were given a room with two single beds and a bathroom with only a shower. Also the heating/cooling controls in the room didn't work. Dining in the hotel restaurant was an extremely slow experience and was a bit frustrating.

Overall good stay, walking distance to signal iduna park. Comfy beds & nice room. Stay were meh, hit who checked us in was rude. Not much around hotel for food & drinks other than lobby.

Would not stay again
The hotel was ok. We arrived late at night after a long drive to find that the restaurant was shut and by the time we had dropped the bags at our room and returned the bar had shut. The whole hotel is running on a skeleton crew, so nothing is available. We were hungry after 500km of driving and the hotel said they had a special menu with a nearby restaurant (the menu is taped to the reception desk). So we ordered some food and went to our room. Ten minutes later we got a call from reception saying they are not doing food any more. So no food for us, including three children! So I had to order food by installing the Lieferando app and I went down to reception to ask them to let me know when the courier arrived and I found the receptionist ordering Pizza for another family that had just arrived!! Maybe he didn't suggest the Pizza option because he didn't like us :( In the morning, things were a little better, breakfast was ok and there were more staff around. However , it was a poor second compared with the Radisson Blu Lübeck which had a superior selection, omelette chef etc. Will not be considering Radisson Blu as my first choice anymore.

Bad service and charges for condiments
The radisson service was below average. The radisson staff were not friendly and very grumpy. The coffee was below average and all condiments were charged automatically. Condiments in an international hotel should be complimentary.

Great location to the Messe
Traveled to Dortmund to compete at the Pherde und Hunde show at the Messe very close by. Perfect location. Very nice rooms. My dog was welcome and there is plenty of room to exercise your dogs next door to the hotel

I booked 2 nights air conditioning was not working properly and did not sleep for 2 nights. They gave us a jr suite for the same price fantastic air conditioning brilliant got a great sleep in a big bed with walk in shower. Loved it. Just wish the small rooms had the same conditions.

Our overall stay was really good. Great location situated 5 minutes car journey from the city centre and directly next door to Westfalen park. The facilities including the swimming pool were amazing along with the breakfast which had a huge selection of foods. Rooms were more than adequate and staff so friendly. We will definitely return.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance from Westfallenhallen. Not close to anything else though. Very nice gym and pool. Exceptional, though expensive, buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean, though the cleaners sometimes did not leave enough towels and the bed sheets were never changed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

If you like dirty rooms this hotel is for you
If you like your room scattered with other peoples hair I can highly recommend this hotel. You even get pubic hair with your towels! No more needs to be said about this property.

Ok hotel, shame about the staff
Booked a superior room and was advised on arrival that our room would be a twin, which couldn’t be changed as they were fully booked. The lady was very unhelpful and rude on reception, both at check in and check out when we asked about how the 50€ deposit would be returned to our card Pool and facilities were free to use and clean. Hotel is out of town so you would need to use the underground to get into Dortmund, the nearest stop is a 5 min walk away

My honest opinion
The area is surrounded by trees and that is pretty. They over charged us BUT fixed it right away. The food is expensive and really not good. 4 of us had steak dinners it was 194.00 and 2 of our streaks were cold. The air conditioning didnt really work well and when I spoke the man at the desk he said he would have somebody look at it. Never happened. However the housekeeping was fantastic!
