Comfortable family house only 4-5 minutes away from sea front and town center.
2 bedrooms, 1 Superking bed in Master room and 2 single beds in second room.
The house is ideal for 2 Adults 2 kids.
Access from Master bedroom to a balcony outside.
Open plan ground floor with fitted kitchen, dining table with seating for 8 and living room area.
Outside, there is a large patio with garden furniture for dinning ,BBQ, washing line and plenty of space for you to sit.
Off-road parking, you share the drive with us, as we have built a new house on the other side of driveway.
You will have your own patio and parking area.
There are fantastic walks in the local area and many events and festivals throughout the year. Come and explore!

Fantastic!
We stayed at this lovely property for a week during the summer. It’s a well-sized, cleanly and beautifully decorated house within walking distance of the beach. The owners included all the extra little touches that make this the perfect base to explore Swanage from. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay

Perfect place to explore from!
We have just returned from a fantastic stay here! The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. So clean and nicely presented with lovely extra touches like flowers, chocolates etc to make it feel very welcoming and special. The location is perfect and just a very short walk into town so it was perfect to be able to leave the car and go and have fun for the day! Ionela and Tom were lovely hosts - friendly and helpful from the minute we pulled up on the drive! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Clean & Spacious property in a great location
The house is in a great location with off-street parking, a short walk to the beach and the shops & pubs in the town. Tom and Lonela are perfect hosts and the house has all the amenities and "mod cons" one could want and is a real home from home. We would happily book this house next time we come to Swanage!!

Beautifully appointed house a stroll from Swanage centre
Loved this property. Although it was just my wife and I there would have been plenty of space for 4. Had everything we needed for a stay Short walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. The hosts were great. Easy access parking. Will definitely stay again if available next time we visit the area.

Real home away from home in the perfect location
A smart, well kept, clean property with loads of parking (a rarity so close to Swanage centre). A five minute walk in to town centre (that's with a 3 and 6 year old). Would have loved to enjoy outside seating area more but weather limited that. Would definitely look to return.
