Very comfortable room. I had a single and thought the size was adequate and great to have an en-suite. Breakfast was very good special requirements well catered for.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The manager, Gary, was very helpful and friendly. A lovely breakfast, excellent choice and freshly prepared. Sadly the bad weather meant that we couldn’t explore the area so we are planning to return and will definitely stay here next time. Would rate 5* .

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful drove me and other guests to town on a wet night to find a restaurant. Breakfast options were good. Did not find anything to dislike.

Friendly & welcoming.
I want first of all that my score on cleanliness refers to a very minor omission. A small bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, otherwise everything else about my stay was excellent. As others have said, the landlord is very friendly and cooks a great breakfast. It was easy to come and go and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I will definitely stay there again. It is only about five minutes walk from there to the centre of Dorchester, most ofq it off-road.

We stayed over night at the bay tree B&b and it was lovely worth the money the hosts was warm and welcoming and the room was very modern and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and their was plenty of options definitely will stay again

I have to say the accommodation far exceeded our expectations since the tariff was so reasonable. The rooms were lovely and Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice including fruit cereals juice etc. lovely courtyard area. About 15 mins from Weymouth. Highly recommend

Gary the host was so helpful, asked where we were going each day and then gave us suggestions of how best to get there and what to do when we were there which was very helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, many options, also liked the large round table for all guests to sit round. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay
