"Staff did not pay attention during check in, she just gave me a key and let me took luggae to my room without checking with her team. When i was at room, i had found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Only maid that I found at room did contact hotel staff to change new room for me. Very bad service. "There is a lounge singer and kareoke every night 6 to 8 pm. It seems that local people come for dinner a kareoke. Staff dint speak too much English but friendly and helpful. They have free " mini bar", which is great but of course it is all non alcoholic beverages. Soy milk ice tea. Hot breakfast is great and substantial. Most most days we just ate breafast and evening meal with just a few nuts during the day "

"So old, feels like it’s going out of business. Dining and bar facilities are more like an abandoned banquet hall, there’s no pool unlike the photos, I paid to upgrade my room and the door doesn’t even close properly, there’s a huge gap between the door and top of the door frame. There’s 2 air conditioners in the room and they insisted on turning off the good one after my first night. Had to get into a huge argument to get them to turn it back on. Terrible hotel."
