Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, was bei den Teil sehr hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer privaten Siedlung („Eden Rock“) und befindet sich ca. 5 Minuten von der Einlassschranke bergaufwärts und ruhiger Lage. Der Ausblick von der großen und überdachten Terrasse ist wundervoll, sowohl am Tage als auch in der Nacht. In nur wenigen Autominuten erreicht man diverse Sandstrände, unter anderem den Traumstrand in Chia. Die Stadt Pula liegt ca. 25 Minuten entfernt und bietet südländischen Abendflair in süßen Gassen mit einem reichhaltigen Gastronomieangebot. In Pula sind auch die nächsten größeren Supermärkte, jedoch kann man auch die nahegelegenen Minimarkets nutzen die meist irgendwo auf dem Heimweg vom Stand zu finden sind und wie immer auf engstem Raum ein ziemlich großes Angebot bieten. Die Vermieter sind super nett und auch die Betreuung bei der Wohnungsübergabe war super freundlich. Auch stand man uns während unseres Aufenthalts stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Im Haus findet Ihr eine Waschmaschine, einen Herd mit vier Induktionsplatten, einen Mikrowellen/Backofen-Kombigerät, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine, Fön, Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Fernseher, WLAN, Klimaanlage, eigene Parkplatz und einen gemauerten Grill auf der Terrasse. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse bietet für bis zu 10 Personen Platz. Der Tisch in der Küche dagegen eher nur für 5-6 Personen wobei nur vier Hocker vorhanden sind (man ist aber bei der Wärme eh nur auf der Terrasse.
