1st floor: bedroom (4 single bunk beds), bedroom (double bed, single bed), shower room, separate toilet.  
2nd floor: attic bedroom (double bed, 2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet.  
Central heating.  
Approximately 300 m² enclosed garden on the east side. Pétanque court on the west side.  
30 m² games room with a ping-pong table, table football, darts, and outdoor games.  
This room can also be used as a bicycle garage. A bucolic setting just a few meters from the greenway and the river! Ideal for families, fishing, and hiking enthusiasts. Also nearby: the Ferme du Champ Secret, the only organic and AOP farmhouse Camembert.

Super acceuil .les proprietaires sont super accueillant. Une maison tres jolie,tres bien entretenue et avec tout ce quil faut pour passer un bon sejour.J'avais un bébé et bien il y avait tout pour le bébé.
