Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, lounge (TV, DVD player), bedroom (double bed, small child's bed, 1 single bed) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet.  
1st floor: bedroom (4 single bunk beds), bedroom (double bed, single bed), shower room, separate toilet.  
2nd floor: attic bedroom (double bed, 2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet.  
Central heating.  
Approximately 300 m² enclosed garden on the east side. Pétanque court on the west side.  
30 m² games room with a ping-pong table, table football, darts, and outdoor games.  
This room can also be used as a bicycle garage. A bucolic setting just a few meters from the greenway and the river! Ideal for families, fishing, and hiking enthusiasts. Also nearby: the Ferme du Champ Secret, the only organic and AOP farmhouse Camembert.
