This beautiful stone cottage has been lovingly renovated throughout to produce a wonderful house with the charm of an old cottage and the convenience and comfort of a modern home. The ground floor has been opened up to produce a living room-kitchen-diner where all the family can spend time together. The old cottage features like wooden beams and log burner give the space a cosy feeling while the modern facilities like dishwasher, flat screen TV and broadband make spending time there even more enjoyable. The kitchen also has a nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods).The first floor bedroom with king size bed looks over the village and the hills of Snowdonia. A twin room at the rear has two single beds (2ft 6' wide) and family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC.To the front of the house is an outdoor seating area as well as a small terraced garden to the rear of the house with a patio area and outdoor furniture. A covered area can be used to store bikes.Heating is included in the tariff along with an initial supply of logs. Parking for one car, bed linen and towels are provided. This is a no smoking property. Please note that there are several slate steps leading from the parking area to the house. Sorry no pets allowed.This cottage has a £150 refundable accidental damage bond. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £15 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at One Bron Derw up to a value of £150.Area information: the village of Dolwyddelan is in the centre of the Snowdonia National Park providing quick access to plenty of walks and beautiful scenery. The towns of Betws-y-Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog are a short drive away each offering outdoor activities like Zip World, Zip Fforest, Bounce Below, Antur Stiniog (downhill mountain biking).
