8/10 Very good! (929 reviews)
This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

9.4/10 Exceptional! (20 reviews)
Beautiful design and attention to detail. Food and drink were excellent, not the usual overpriced bland hotel restaurant food. Staff were wonderful and authentic. Great views from the Coco Chanel suite.

"The hotel is very nice and modern. The front desk/ lady working at the bar is really nice. The only unfortunate thing is the spa and gym are closed for maintenance. I was looking forward to using the sauna and the gym facility. Otherwise, our stay was great! Love the hotel breakfast bar, the best ..."
