Overall a acceptable mid-class hotel with a strong touch from the nineties. WiFi did not work at all and they obviously did not care much about that issue.

Staying for one night
Quite normal hotel without complaints. Affordable stay & quite easy to reach from the motorway. Customer service speaks English & can support you with your needs. Local area does not contain anything special but the center of town is easily reachable.

Room smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast wasn't good. The scrambled egg had pieces of egg shells, and the bread was very old and hard. Reception service was good.

In our hotel all rooms are for notsmoking, but some guests break the ban despite the cash penalty. Thank you for your observations about breakfast buffet. We will pay more attention for it. More than adequate and actually quote great
Great bang for the buck and not only. Actually a very good hotel. The rooms are small but adequate and they are clean. The service is superb. Local Brewery of 100 Bridges complements everything. A pleasent Wroclaw stay

Great hotel for low prices. Convenient and close to city centres, shopping malls etc. Has lidl store nearby which was also a bonus. The food for me was the best thing for me at the hotel didnt really have to go out. If i come back to this city i would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Very disappointing room. Quite dirty except bathroom. Rest of jam on TV, coffee spillage everywhere, blinds with holes. No reason to see why it is 3 star hotel.

Noisy hotel
This is obviously a cheap hotel that allows school children to stay at the hotel because we had 3 evenings of 20 -30 children running through corridors & banging doors as well as playing loud music. They finally calmed down about 11.00pm

Great value hotel
Lovely clean room, good size beds very comfy. Was a little out of town but transport so cheap and easy to access this wasnt a problem. Bar prices were very reasonable. I would definately stay here again

Unprepossessing but comfortable
The hotel is close to a bus stop with regular services to the centre of the city. The room was small but satisfactory with plenty of hot water ano comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is very generous and the staff efficient and helpful. As the hotel is used by coach companies breakfast can be a bit crowded if your start of day coincides with one or two coach loads breakfasting. For the energetic it is a thirty minute easy and pleasant walk to the city

Very small room, separated beds when I have ordered a double bed. We had to ask for a hairdryer. Dinner: half was OK, other half was not really. Very fatty pork "something". Positive that a KFC and a Lidl are very close so you can eat something else.

You get what u paid for
The hotel is located by the main highway on the outskirts of the town , there is good bus tram snf system which in 15 min will take to center of the city. The hotel was fairly clean , but small room and extremely small bathroom . We were there during heat wave about 37 degrees and the AC system worked good and quiet. The hotel service helpful and very nice . The hotel serve breakfast every morning for about 20 pln There is also a bar , pool and feetness room never use either . Overal for the money is OK, no freels but it will do for a day or two , it is not a 3 star hotel . It is somewhere between 1 and 2.

Small room and not comftable at all
Extremally small room like for a 3-star hotel with fixed window! It was the first time in my life when I wasn't able to open the window in my hotel room of size 10-12sqm. Very expensive parking (30PLN-7Euro) which isn't mentioned anywhere while you're booking. Small and old welness area. The room was clean, but the bedsheets were dirty a bit with some old spots. Will not stay there again for sure... I wouldn't give to this hotel 2 stars even, and 3 never.

If you just want to sleep somewhere for a few hours it's ok. If your stay in longer or you are with family members I would not stop here at any cost. The original price on the website is incorrect and should be lowered closer to the actual price

Overall good hotel, clean & nice working staff, however the bed is not comfortable mainly due to the old mattress, I think should be exchanged ASAP. Otherwise all is good enough for money paid!

Average hotel with overpriced parking
I was mislead that parking is a secured one, while it costed 30PLN (quite a bit considering given service). Hotel room had demolished door to bathroom,no one cared to change it. I asked for a quiet room (twice) and they gave me one by staircase/elevator. Beds where v.uncomfortable,room was tiny (hard to fit bigger suitcase!). Breakfast was extra paid and it was ok, nothing fancy. Amenities like swimming pool are open during few hours a day only.

I was at the hotel only a few hours before I left. The receptionist was a very nice looking lady, very professional though. I got everything I wanted - quick!: taxi, information, payment problem solved, call from. Breakfast was good. Tv wasn't working but I didn't really need it.
