"A tidy guest house with reasonable spec. Very clean. One thing to note is that it is said to be 'pet friendly' on hotels.com but in fact this is only partially the case. "New management has made many upgrades to the property. This was the first time I visited, so I didn't miss the old quirks; I found the place delightful. The Snug is a lovely lounge with wood-burning fire that was great for a cold night.
