We had a great stay, but the TV/channels/cable/dish did not work in our room. It was after midnight when we tried to use the TV, and found "no signal." We chose to go to bed and not bother the front desk....no big deal!

I was very pleased with the stay at the Platteville location. They were very accommodating as I needed a first floor room with walk in shower for my daughter that just had knee surgery. The manager, Terry, went out of her way to be helpful understanding her needs. My complements to the whole staff at this hotel. Very very happy.

We stayed overnight after having Christmas with our kids and grandkids and Country Inn was the perfect t place to stay. Very nice property and the room was great!!!

Hotel was a little smaller than I thought it would be. No elevator for second floor, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for first floor, little disappointed with breakfast, they said they are still under Covid standards. Miss the hot food and real oatmeal. Pretty clean and up-to-date, rooms were nice.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly! Too much chlorine in pool and hot tub though, literally couldn’t sit in hot tub without it burning your eyes.

Our stay was very pleasant. Very close to the college for our son’s graduation. The front desk staff were very nice and our check in and out was quick. The WiFi was a little slow, and the commode was really slow to flush,but it was very busy this weekend. This was our second time staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Room was nice, clean. Hot tub was good except the jets came out of the floor instead the sides so it bubbles up in your face. Lol

Good BUT
It was nice until several rooms decided to wake EVERYONE up from about 3am till about 5ish, banging doors and yelling loudly! I complained at the front desk and was told simply sorry!!! It was hard to work next day after having little sleep!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Oh well!

Room and hallways smelled like smoke and cheap cologne. I felt the room could of been cleaned better. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not bad for being included in the stay. Most likely will not stay here again.

It was wonderful to have access to the food area all day. Holiday Inn locks their food in all their little compartments. The property was immaculate all tile floors mopped (hand mopped where needed) halls, stairs and all corners vacuumed.

Stay on the second floor
The room wasn’t very clean, there was still ketchup on the nightstand and fingerprints on the headboard. The walls are thin. I would recommend staying in the second floor as the people above me kept me up until 5am because I could hear every step they made.
