This is a very rundown place plain and simple. The entire second floor balcony was supported by jacks and had cracks and patched holes. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room. Bathroom fixtures were barely attached, WiFi didn't work, breakfast consisted of some items in a paper bag. Definitely not what was advertised. I'd highly recommend the ownership make even a minimal investment in their property. Easily the shoddiest place I've ever stayed.

Walls/windows are not sound proof at all. Pictures are misleading, says it’s a hotel but it really is a motel. No idea where ice machine, was door to room was difficult to open. Toilet struggled to flush. Birds live in tree out of room and we’re very active all night.

The sheets were dirty and hair in the bathroom. The railings were coming apart too.. unsafe. The pictures do not depict what the rooms look like. No breakfast either.

We were able to get into a ground level room after arriving later than expected. Clerk was helpful and friendly. Room cleaning was so-so with dirt in the corners and a dirty washcloth hanging off the shower. A broken light cover was stuck in a corner. The ice machine was not working.

The ice machine, orange juice machine and WIFI were out of service. The carpet was dirty and the floor in the bathroom had a buildup of dirt in the corners. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. 1 small clear cup and no tissues. The man at the front desk was courteous and helpful as were the two morning maids I spoke with on February 10. It was ok.

I have been staying here annually for 30 years on hunting trips. 30 years ago it was a premiere spot in Garden. Today its showing its age but still clean with nice people operating it.

Unkept. Needs professionally done upkeep. Starting with paint. Like in a modern color. Looked like a 10yr did the cleaning and upkeep. Front desk lady was very nice. But will never book again. Too bad. Could be a cool property.

Room 113 was terrible. And that's an underdtstement. Black mold in bathroom. Ceiling was falling apart. Both in bath and room. Mirror at foot of bed above tv was Quite sketchy. We covered it with a sheet. Carpet dated probably from 1970s. Stains on sofa. Cig burns on blanket. All corners of the room. Dirty with dead bugs and spiders. Pass through door to other room 112. Was also sketchy. Dead bolt was loose and was easily opened. The So CALLED BREAKFAST included. WAS A JOKE. Paper sack with so called food in it. Had to be picked up between 6am and 9am..Coffee is horrible. No cream or sugar in room at all. Yeah. Spend the extra 50 and get a better room. Stay away.

The hotel is old and worn and not super clean. However the bed was very comfortable even though the sheets didn't fit well. The check in clerk was very sweet.

Very friendly and helpful check-in lady. Cean facilities. Only complaint is that being a light sleeper, i was able to hear the road traffic even though the motel sits back several feet from the road.
