Dear Mr. Minotta, Please, let us clarify what happened with your planned stay at our hotel: You had a reservation with us when the pandemic first happened. As it was not possible for you to come, you received a voucher from Expedia to reschedule your stay for another period. This you did, and booked a stay for August this year, using the voucher and a non-refundable rate. After that, you once again asked if it was possible to reschedule your stay. We agreed, and told you to let us know in advance if you definitely wanted to reschedule. We only heard again from you on the actual day of your panned arrival, telling us that you would not come! Furthermore, you informed Expedia only after your planned stay. Therefore, the stay was finally charged.
