Es war einfach alles gut

Es war ein angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt auf einem wunderschönem gepflegtem Grundstück. Auch an kälteren Tagen war die Möglichkeit gegeben durch bestehende Heizungsmöglichkeiten eine warme Athmosphäre zu schaffen. Nach wenigen Stunden konnte man sich wirklich heimisch fühlen.

Unser Bungalow war sauber u. in Ordnung.Zuvorkommender Empfang.Freundliche Vermieter alles bestens Reisetipps: Dampferfahrt möglich, Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder Auto. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend.2 gute Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen.Einkaufen im Ort ist möglich im CAP-Klostermarkt sehr gutes Angebotoder in 5 km Goldberg - Rewe - Aldi usw.

Ganz Ok, aber...

Wir besuchten zum 1.Mal das kleine Ferienhaus und fanden einen sehr ordentlichen und gut ausgestatteten Bungalow vor. Im Bungalow war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Eine sehr aussagekräftige und informative Zusammenfassung der Hausordnung und mit allem, was Dobbertin und Umgebung zu bieten hat befand sich ebenfalls im Bungalow. Besonders der Garten gefiel unseren beiden Kindern und dem Hund. Dieser war sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Dobbertin ist eine kleine beschauliche Ortschaft in der man sich willkommen fühlt, auch unter den Nachbarn. Vom Haus aus konnte man viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Investition in zeitgerechtere Betten wäre ein klarer Pluspunkt. Hygienisch gesehen ist das französische Elternbett mit seinem nicht zu reinigenden Stoff nicht geeignet. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer hat man sein Alter ebenfalls angemerkt. Durch die kalten und nassen Monate im Jahr ziehen die Stoffbetten Feuchtigkeit an und das hat man gerochen, besonders nachts. Wir haben den ganzen Tag gelüftet, wenn wir da waren. So weit so gut. Anzumerken sei desweiteren: Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus auf FeWo-direkt gefunden und konnten den Vermieter nicht direkt kontaktieren. Nähere Informationen erhielt man erst nach Zahlung einer "Vermittlungs"- Gebühr. Alle weiteren Formalitäten und Zahlungen wurden danach über die eigentliche Vermieterplattform InterChalet abgewickelt. Hierbei handelte es sich um eine Vorauszahlung, sowie eine Restzahlung vier Wochen vor Reiseantritt. WEITERHIN. Vor Ort wurden Nebenkosten fällig. Ja, natürlich wurde dies in der Beschreibung angegeben , dennoch finde ich es etwas vermessen meinen anderthalbjährigen Sohn genauso zu berechnen wie einen Erwachsenen. Außerdem: Wir haben unseren Hund in unserer Anfrage mit eingefügt , waren demzufolge sehr "überrascht" das er nicht schon in die Berechnung mit eingeflossen ist. Die Nebenkosten waren demzufolge dann noch 'ne Hausnummer. Dem sollte man sich bei Buchung bewusst sein. Kurzum: Der Urlaub war Ok, aber mit beschriebenen Einschränkungen und den dubiosen und undurchsichtigen Zahlungsverpflichtungen an drei verschiedene Empfänger( 1 mal FeWo, 2x Interchalet, 1 x mal VorOrt b. Vermieter) hat das alles doch 'n Geschmäckle . Dies kannten wir so bisher nicht und wir werden in Zukunft auf jeden Fall genauer hinschauen. Müssen! Drei Sterne ...nur wegen meiner Frau.

Erholung pur

Wunderschöne ländliche Landschaft, ruhige Lage. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, ebenso ein Fahrrad- und ein Bootsverleih und eine Konditorei / Eisdiele. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Schöne Atmosphäre mit Holzofen, großem TV und Stereoanlage im Wohnzimmer für gemütliche Abende. Übergabe bei An- und Abreise klappe reibungslos. Vielen Dank für dir schönen Tage und den netten Vermieter!
