Very comfortable room, good quality bed and bedlinen, excellent spa facilities. The resort is placed in a wonderful setting. The meniu at the restaurant was varied but the prices a little too high compared to other restaurants in the area.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4 it'll make it a whole lot easier to get there.

The floors were not clean and the upstairs seating area leaks when it rains. There is no elevator and front desk does not offer assistance ..."

"It was all well but they throw a party at the pool and closed it to guests all day and night. We picked this hotel for the pool. Closing the hotel pool to paying customers is not a nice thing to do"
