The room was very clean, hotel staff were very professional and accommodating. Most of all the manager mohamed was very cool and made us feel like family in a country we were not familiar with.

Not worth the price tag
This hotel is not worth the price point. They have one elevator, which was broken while I was there. They first tried to give me a room which had an unbearable smoke smell, even though the hotel is supposedly non-smoking. It has very few amenities. I had to ask twice for soap for the bathroom sink. The rusted toilet paper holder wouldn't even hold toilet paper. I supposedly had a sea view, though the hotel is a number of blocks from the sea. The Sheraton was nearly the same price and 10x nicer. I would not choose the Atlantic again. The staff was very nice, though!

Nice hotel in the center of the center. Place de Menelik was just around the corner from a number of decent restaurants. My only disappointment was the water was warm not hot for bathing. Otherwise, good stay.

For Djibouti it met our needs. any where else it would have been over price but in Djibouti it is reasonable. Staff was very good. Only real complaint was that there was no hot water in the shower.

Staff are fantastic! Rooms are spacious and hotel is central. Have stayed here four times over the last month and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. It's truly a home away from home and staff make me feel like a valued member each time I come back. They are very efficient at booking airport shuttles and letting you use the shuttle for city drop off and pick up (tip the driver the standard DJF 1,000).

The hotel room is normal size, but need renovation. Every day staff changed my towels and sheets, but the new ones was old,leaky with the holes on them. The bathroom needs renovation - old bath with old shower. The hot water was not so hot. The only good in the hotel was breakfast.

It is our plan to change all linen after the new year as we have already procured. During this year we have renovated 13 toilets and we will continue. We have slowed down momentarily due to the high occupancy but will commence as soon as possible. As for the hot water, none of the hotels in Djibouti have that due to the temperature in the country even the branded hotel even though we know that it is the standard. This is a good value for money hotel by Djibouti standards. Usually, decent hotels in Djibouti are extremely expensive for no good reason.

Atlantic hotel, Generally acceptable, BUT, I went on a trip with a driver named MUSTAFA, He was a little polite in dealing, disrespectable, A complaint was filed against him, I do not recommend dealing with him.

A VERY PLEASANT STAY!
A good experience. A nice hotel at a moderate price. Staff really tries to make you comfortable. Not in an upscale neighborhood but I always felt safe and secure. And I loved my view of the Red Sea! I would definitely stay here again!

Well-maintained hotel in downtown Djibouti, bedrooms and public rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast. Nice coffee shop in the basement.

As the title reads - overpriced, basic accommodation. Note: The property does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle. The front desk representative told me no such thing existed.

Two things i like in this hotel are the food and mohammed the front desk officer. He was very helpful and friendly and will do his way to respond to guest's request. He has helped me many times even to the extent of changing money, to upgrading my room when they were not able to accommodate me the last time etc. other staff needs to be trained more especially the lady in the front desk in the morning. She was not accommodating at all and not friendly. Calling for room service and or housekeeping takes time and often needs more than 3x to follow up. Their rate is the same rate as 5 star and this hotel needs to improve their services to compensate for the high cost.

Right in the heart of town
Excellent location close to restaurants and bars, and about 20 minutes from the airport. On arrival, very friendly and helpful staff on front desk who quickly checked me in. Large room with very comfortable bed which made for a great night's sleep. Room had both AC and ceiling fan, and a small balcony looking out on a narrow street below. Bathroom was large but felt very dated and had a fairly unpleasant smell which filtered quickly into the whole room whenever the door was left open. Limited breakfast choice in the rather gloomy restaurant but excellent pastries. Other than breakfast I didn't eat at the hotel but the lunch and dinner menu looked appetising. Small but comfortable lobby area. No alcohol served in the hotel as far as I could see. This hotel isn't cheap and on initially doesn't feel like good value. But Djibouti is an expensive destination, so on reflection the price seems fair.

Great service, good location, no complaints
This hotel is very well run. We had several small requests and they were all met very professionally. The location is great for central Djibouti. We had a room towards the East (ocean view) and had no problems with noise. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening before dinner.

To start: the level of service in this place is great. They had a free airport transfer, then the check-in was fast and efficient and they were able to organize us an excursion to countryside. We had an evening flight and they gave us a late check-out which made our last day perfect. With few options in Djibouti city, this is THE place to stay. When you want to have a central location, look no further.

良いホテルでした。 部屋もきれいで、シャワーもあまり熱くないですがお湯が出ます。バスタブもありました。ただ、バスタブの底は場所によってはベコベコでしたが。 風呂場の換気扇を回すと排水口から匂いが上がってくる気がしました。 部屋に金庫がありますが、最初は使えたものの、途中で使えなくなりました。 WiFiもあって、速度もまあ、良かったです。 朝食は、とても良かったです。頼むとオムレツを焼いてくれます。 特筆すべきは、フロントの方がとても親切でした。良い現地ガイドを紹介してくれて、有意義に観光できました。
