"The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes! The gym is small but it worked for me and has an amazing view. The pool deck is great, but the pool itself is in shade in the afternoon. The staff was courteous and responsive. I went to the spa twice and it was amazing; affordable too! The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. I only ordered food from the bar once and it was ok. Other than that, perfect stay!"

"Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The service is overall excellent. I will come back at my next visit."

"I love me a heritage / landmark hotel so Caravelle was a big excitement for me this trip! The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "
