The hotel is very beautiful with high quality furniture and beautifully decorated. The room and hotel were a bit smaller than we expected but they made good use of the space and we believe that's to do with the limited amount of space in such a busy city. The staff was very helpful, nice and polite though at times we felt overly pampered and wished we were less the centre of attention. Breakfast was good and we were able to order fresh food also which was a plus for us. We loved the fresh fruit and fresh juices. The coffee was also delicious. We had come from a hotel that could not do enough to make your stay memorable to this commercial hotel so that certainly had a barring on our experience. Breakfast buffet was lacking although they had a wide variety of items to choose from.
