This place is beautiful and clean and well maintained. We had a corner room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to fold it out and found there’s not enough room between sofa and the bed to fully open the sofa bed. Of course bed is bolted to the floor. When I texted to ask for towels, they arrived quickly and with a smile. I later texted for sofa bed linens and pillows. No response for an hour. We tried to call front desk and housekeeping, no answer, so I walked down to front desk and attendant brought them to the room within 30 minutes. She noticed the sofa bed partially opened and suggested we fold the end part down and I showed her that it wasn’t possible and she said oh, I’m sorry. As I stated before. The place is great, there was just this hiccup

We didn't end staying because it was so dirty and smelled like cigarettes.
