Horrible, never ever think about staying there
I got to the hotel for check in 11:30am and the place was really dirty, only one person in the front desk with two lines waiting. One like here was 5 people waiting to complain about the rooms ( dirty, door didn't close, shower was not working, the bed was broke, etc..)
The other line there were 2 families waiting to get their money back because they were unhappy with the hotel.
I wait for one hour in the line just listening all of this mess.
The only person in the front desk barely spepoke English and was very rude with all the costumers.
Since I had 5 kids with me (celebrating my daughter's bday) after one hour in the line I make the decision to leave the hotel and not even proceed to the chieck in.
After one hour only one person solved their problem and were leaving the hotel, who know how many hours more would I have to wait to conclude it was a horrible and big mistake to attempt to book in this hotel.
Expedia should re-evaluate its description
I'm getting my money back.
