Crummy Hotel

Pros: Nothing - just the nice lady at the breakfast lounge.
Cons: Everything can be improved - this is a crummy hotel.
Location: Good location but terrible facilities.
During the second day I stayed in this hotel a saw a big spider on the wall above the TV - it crawled and disappeared behind the TV. I was amazed to see it going into a big hole on the wall, behind the TV. There was no microwave, no little fridge - the curtain was a piece of cloth with a few hooks and water was sipping in above, on the side and under the door. Because there was no working microwave in the room and the other 2 microwaves available to guests were not working (?!?!?!), a nice lady, for two times, was kind enough to heat up the milk that I brought with me for my breakfast. I believe that the Kissimmee Bureau of Commerce should take a look into this hotel's conditions.

Gave 1 towel for 2 bed suite, one day only got hand towels, fridge wasnt cleaned from previous guest and wifi didnt work for entire week

Hotel stay during a Hurricane, could be worse

Pros: they had rooms available also had a working ice machine
Cons: cleanliness, room facility, breakfast situation
We stayed here when Hurricane Irma hit Orlando (Sept 2017) and had to change rooms three times since the first room was at the first floor which was lower than usual and prone to flooding, then went to a higher floor but the TV didn't work in that room, and finally opted to a room that was not on the first floor but did not have fridge and microwave, but smelled like marijuana completely. The room seemed to feel dirty and the towels had some stains on them and small pieces of hair. The building did not collapse during the hurricane and withstood 70mph winds, which is all we can ask for. However, the main building of the hotel where the restaurant was was not as sturdy since the side wall completely collapsed. We are grateful that this hotel had an opening during these times of needs, and that we all survived

Old hotel in need of renovations.

The key cards didn't work properly. I had to go get new ones 3 times in 2 days. The sofa bed was missing half the springs and the ac didn't work. I also paid extra for a pool view and didn't get it.

Horrible, never ever think about staying there

I got to the hotel for check in 11:30am and the place was really dirty, only one person in the front desk with two lines waiting. One like here was 5 people waiting to complain about the rooms ( dirty, door didn't close, shower was not working, the bed was broke, etc..) The other line there were 2 families waiting to get their money back because they were unhappy with the hotel. I wait for one hour in the line just listening all of this mess. The only person in the front desk barely spepoke English and was very rude with all the costumers. Since I had 5 kids with me (celebrating my daughter's bday) after one hour in the line I make the decision to leave the hotel and not even proceed to the chieck in. After one hour only one person solved their problem and were leaving the hotel, who know how many hours more would I have to wait to conclude it was a horrible and big mistake to attempt to book in this hotel. Expedia should re-evaluate its description I'm getting my money back.

This is not a 3 star hotel

Poor breakfast, poor wifi, room smell so bad, no light at the bathroom, more that 20 minutes waiting for only one person in the front desk. I dont know who categorized it as 3 starts, for me is no more that one. Please save your money, dont use this hotel

30th Birthday Weekend

Please avoid this place at all costs. Room smelled horrible, place looks awful, fixtures didn't work and staff was unhelpful with complaints. Checked out early bc I was unsatisfied and they still charges me for a nights stay. Spend a little more for a peace of mind.

Not client ready rooms

Sticky dirty carpet, fixtures falling off, non working appliances. Paint stripping from the bathroom walls.
