Booked four bedroom private pool through Expedia, but Magic Memories gave us a townhouse and blamed it on Expedia. Gave us the wrong keys, we couldnt get in. Then had us stay at a different location (smaller house) for the night. Finally got to sleep at 3am when flight landed at 10:30. Next morning, they still didn't have what we booked but gave us a five bedroom instead and said it was an "upgrade". The "upgrade was nice but dryer didn't work well and the night before we checked out, the a/c broke down. Management said they can't move us and never even called back to check on us. The a/c technician was directly in contact with us instead of management. A/c was not fixed that night. Expedia, on the other hand was very understanding when we called to complain.
