Disney

Posted 21-Sep-2017
Great location. Shuttle bus to Disney was convenient but always packed. Standing Room only. We arrived early and room was not ready so we stored our bags. Check in took long and then we had to stand in line again when we returned. Our room was nice but the bathroom had issues. The taps were coming off the wall and were difficult to turn on. The plug in the tub would not open and when we finally got it open it would not drain. We left the room for the day and when we returned late in the evening the room had not been cleaned. This meant the shower that was not draining was dangerously slippery.

worth staying here - But Choice your food wisely

Posted 20-Sep-2017
Pros: Location - staff - clean hotel with clean rooms
Cons: Price of food - Fridges in rooms to be colder - Bit more choice of snacks in hotel shop - vending machines
Found check in slow - Would not recommend Buffet restaurant in evening as very expensive & quality of food poor. Room service or bar far better choice & value though still pricey. All staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast on the other hand very good. Ideal for getting to & from Disney - with excellent bus service - can get very crowded @ times. Only criticism is drivers are sometimes on mobiles whilst driving.

GREAT HOTEL!

Posted 20-Sep-2017
Pros: Location was ideal, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The lower floor buffet wasn't so quick with re-filling the food options, little disappointing.
Location: Disney land Parks was a short shuttle bus ride away. The main train station near by meant getting into central Paris was easy enough.
Recently stayed at the Vienna House Dream Castle Hotel, and I couldn't fault the whole experience. Both the hotel and the location was perfect. Only a 15 minute shuttle bus ride away from the Disneyland Parks, directly near a main train station, which is ideal if you plan on going to Central Paris. The hotel staff were happy to help which any questions we had. The breakfast buffet catered for everything you could wish for. Hotel pool and spa was lovely after a long day of travelling. Drinks were pricey but all in all, I couldn't complain.

Nice Hotel close to the Park

Posted 17-Sep-2017
Hotel was lovely and close to the park (a shuttle bus ride away). We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but did order room service. Came quickly, was hot and tasty. Reasonably priced for food. Ice cream and drinks were pricey though. Only downsides were the air con wasn't great and with us having a top floor room it did get hot and the shuttle buses were absolutely rammed. Could maybe do with a few more on service. Both minor points however.

Perfect Disney Neighbor Hotel

Posted 14-Sep-2017
Pros: The free shuttle to get to Disneyland Paris. The Castle Theme.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Quick shuttle ride to Disneyland and the nearest RER A train station if you want to go to Paris. A 45 minute Magical Bus ride to the airport.
This hotel was exactly what we were looking for - free shuttle to Disneyland Paris and an upscale hotel. The shuttle was extremely convenient going to and from Disneyland Paris, in which the train station to Paris was also located. The staff that checked us in was very helpful and put my family in a room with a queen bed and a bunkbed, which fit five of us comfortably. We also had a very nice view of the courtyard. The hotel had a bunch of amenities to keep the kids busy like video games, the pool, and a nice outdoor play area with a garden. On the downside, our room could have been cleaner. The sheets and bathroom was clean, but the carpet looked dingy. The bath/shower was covered with a half door that didn't block the water splash from the shower very well, so we learned quick to place a towel at the base of the tub. The last person to check us out wasn't very friendly. In the end, I would definitely stay here again if we go to Disneyland Paris.

It's OK but not wow.

Posted 14-Sep-2017
The hotel is outdated. Check in process was very late took a long time to be done. Staff weren't very friendly. Restaurant wasn't that good the food is limited and not delicious. Their coffee isn't really good. The family room was big and nice. The problem I hated the most was the smell of the hotel not pleasant

Vienna dream castle hotel

Posted 10-Sep-2017
We stopped at Disney dream castle in August 2017 for 3 nights, upon arriving at our room we were greeted with an awful smell we couldn't decide if it was the bin store under our window or the air con. So we switched it off opens the window and sprayed everywhere. When we returned from the park the smell had subsided somewhat. On our last night we noticed blood spots on the bed sheet but none of us had any cut and we couldn't explain it. The next morning we were up early to leave for the air port when my husband found a bedbug in the bed!!!! Upon inspection there was several and even in the bathroom on the wall and towels..... we complained at reception and got no joy just a very simple apology nothing else!!! we had to bag all our clothes up on arrival home and leave them outside and wash everything at 60 degrees. It real ruined a otherwise a great holiday!

Disappointing

Posted 09-Sep-2017
We had previously stayed at the Vienna House's Magic Circus and expected the same standard. However... Check in was chaotic, busy and lacked warmth. We had to leave our luggage with the concierge, but felt very unsure as customers went in and out of the luggage room,so could potentially help themselves to any bags/cases. The room was fine, the bathroom needed a little refurbishment (broken toilet roll holder, mouldy joints for example) Breakfast was very busy, and noisy. The selection of food was not as varied, and attractive.

Nice hotel near the park see

Posted 08-Sep-2017
We had a pleasant stay, easy reach to the park. Food was of a high quality and the pool was a nice environment for the kids. Only reason I rate this as a 4 is some of the decoration was a little tired and there was not enough staff, took three phone calls and a visit to the front desk to get an iron and ironing board, which never arrived. Otherwise a nice hotel, and would look to go back and use again.
