We enjoyed our stay

Posted 12-Apr-2017
Location: It's Disneyland Paris, what more needs to be said.
Was there for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Parking was good, great breakfast and walking distance to all the parks.

3 day Disney trip

Posted 12-Apr-2017 on Hotels
The close proximity to Disneyland/Studios was great (10 minute walk). The man checking us in at the Reception was rude. At check-in I said I booked a room that included breakfast and he said, "there is no such thing and breakfast is ala carte." Our room smelt of stale smoke and musty and there was construction noise banging and room phone wasn't working. Went back down to Reception and gal told me they are fully booked but would check. While I was waiting, the guest next to me was upgraded. We were thankfully put in a room on another wing however, the room and toilet had a funny smell our entire stay. The Concierge was very nice. He helped me book a lunch reservation and answered my questions. I did pay extra for Disney Express Service and it was well worth the 25 Euro because they transported our bags to the train station and when didn't have to go back to the hotel to get our bags. Our family stayed at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland in California and both had excellent Customer Service and cleanliness so Sequoia Lodge Customer Service and cleanliness was very disappointing.

Nice hotel good value for money

Posted 23-Mar-2017
Pros: Decor is nice and beds comfortable, lifts always quick and not too far from the village
Cons: Bigger lift between foyer and reception and bar area. Stricter ruling on breakfast times
Location: Only remained in the park's
Lovely experience only criticism is the departures desk should always be staffed and double up as collection for keys so you do not have to queue in the arrivals desk again..... Its never a quick process.... Also breakfast Time queues need to be sorted so they don't congest that floor as people will not move in fear you will push in!

A great hotel to stay in for Disneyland Paris

Posted 24-Feb-2017
The Sequoia Lodge is a great hotel for staying at Disneyland Paris. It is closer to the parks than Dispney Newport Bay, Cheyenne and Santa Fe hotels. The rooms are large and comfortable, but there are no drink-making facilities in the rooms. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

great location

Posted 20-Feb-2017 on Hotels
Great location, breakfast was very good. Only downside was that the room was detailed as having tea and coffee making facilities which it did not. On asking at reception we were told that this is only available in executive rooms however they will supply a kettle, very good except they then advised that we should take teabags from breakfast the next morning.

Great for Disney Land Paris

Posted 19-Feb-2017
Pros: Food, bar, short distance from Disney village.
Very helpful and professional staff, short walk from Disney village and attractions. Hotel is clean, rooms are correct. Food is plentiful. Very well organised for such a massive hotel. A bit expensive but everything is expensive at Disney Land.

Near Disneyland

Posted 14-Feb-2017
Pros: Near Disneyland
Cons: Breakfast is limited in choice.
Takes about 15 mins to walk to disneyland. Security is slightly annoying as we have to go through security checks everytime you go in the hotel through the main entrance but completely understandable due to current climate. Mcdonalds is about 10 mins away and is near the disneyland entrance so it is convenient to bring the food back to the hotel.

Did the job but nothing special

Posted 29-Jan-2017
Made a good base for DLP. In one of the lodges which meant a very cold trip to main building when we stayed in January. Hotel pool cold enough for hypothermia and had to make a swift exit
