Clean room, Terrible Staff
When people visit or want to experience anything Disney, magic comes to mind. A visitor is willing to pay for that experience; however, during Hurricane Irma evacuation, the staff was less than pleasant and appeared to be annoyed by all the people checking in and out. The front desk wouldn't even provide any verbal information about the area. They just simply handed my room key and a brochure and walked off. This is the Best Western at Disney Springs not Walmart in South Florida. I expected better customer service or at least a warm greeting.
