"I loved everything about this place. It’s gorgeous. The only complaint is that the hot tub has so many chemicals that it limits the time you can spend in it because it burns your eyes and consumes your senses. "

"We had a fantastic trip! This was a great location and place to call home for the week we spent in Bend. We were a family of 4, and each kid was able to have their own room for the week which was a huge win for them, plus a great kitchen to not have to eat out every day. It was perfect. Bookmarked this place for the next visit !!"

"The property is very nice and conveniently located to get to town. The main issues we had were black mold on the shower curtain and the back door not closing properly. Both were corrected timely but the mold made us question the cleanliness of other things in the unit. I specifically asked about the hot tub because that was one of the reasons we booked. When we went to use it the first time it was 111 degrees so it was too hot for us to use. We turned it down and was able to use it the next day. But that was disappointing after a long drive to get there. Also I think you should make the stairs situation more prominent in your listing. It was alot for us to get our stuff up all the stairs and I think people booking should know that. It’s pretty far down in the listing and I missed it. Also we had good communication when we called but when we tried to use the 24/7 chat the response was very delayed. We messaged on Thursday at 8am and didn’t get a response until Friday at 7:30am. "

"Room was squeaky clean, check in was easy and pleasant, and I loved the breakfast bar. Plenty of good amenities in the room and info in the entry about local events. It was really nice having snack options to purchase and hot drinks available all day. I appreciated that the selection of teas included a caffeine free option. I was in town for a race and chose this hotel for its walkability to the starting area, but I would definitely stay again to vacation."

"Staying at Louise’s place in Bend was just outstanding. It is one of the very nicest vacation homes we have ever stayed in. Everything inside is superior quality — the furnishings, the appliances, and the modern design all show the care that she and her team put into this property. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Lovise was very responsive and the four of us (two couples) on this trip all universally were impressed with Louise and her place. Thanks for everything!"

"Lovely upstairs apartment with good views. The area is very new so it hasn’t fully developed its own character, but there is a branch of Sparrow for coffee and treats as well as a cozy wine bar next door. It’s not cheap, but it’s a good location if you’re in town for business. "

"The home was even more beautiful than we expected! Plenty of space for sleeping. Accommodates multiple families under one roof very well. The ping pong/pool table was a huge hit with our group. The area is ver safe and the scenery is gorgeous. The property manager was very communicative. 10/10 recommend. "
