Welcome to my house. A villa next to the sea that can accommodate up to 6 people. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, with a veranda that overlooks the sea.There is another bedroom with two single beds whose balcony has view to mountain Olympus for moments of tranquility! Behind the two bedrooms is main bathroom.
At the basement of the house is a single space that hosts the kitchen with the living room. There are also two couch beds and a wc.Also there are two balconies , one next to the kitchen for your morning coffee and breakfastand the other in front of the sea! In the garden of the villa there is BBQ for great nights !!!
At the parking there are space for two cars and parking space outside the house. An outdoor shower is located next to the parking lot.
The sea is 100 meters away from the house. The beach is sandy and the sea is absolutely perfect for children. Leptokarya is 1km from the house. It is also very close to Litochoro at 7km.
I live in this house for the last 20 years. It was built with a lot of love by people who i loved and it is a well-preserved villa without losing its comforts.
Now, having my own family, my obligations have grown and my holidays have fallen. In the semi-basement of the house there is a studio that I spend some weekends with my family, my husband and my two children, who is a self-sufficient place without communicating with the rest of the house.
