As they are much more down to earth then in other Hotel's we have staid at. My Mother & are quite happy with the way were treated at the Hyatt place! We give them a 93% out of a 100! We recommend the Hyatt place in Uncasville Conn. for anyone looking to have a down to earth relaxing get away! "
