Treehouse condo in Silverthorne

Posted 22-Sep-2017
Pros: The location was good. The condo was roomy and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and sheets. Everything you need in a kitchen is there.
Cons: Clean shower/tub floors a little better......repair toilet paper holder in master bath.
Location: During non-ski season, there's hiking, fishing, rafting and exploring the beautiful area.
The condo was nice; master bed was comfy but understand the bunks in the other bedroom were not.

Modern furniture, nice fully stocked kitchen

Posted 06-Jul-2017
The condo was nice, definitely could've used room darkening curtains in the bedrooms because that's where the sun came in and with small children with early bedtimes it made it very difficult. The showers were also covered with hair when we arrived and there was food underneath the coffee table. But the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, dishes, utrnsils and pans and such, and there was plenty of towels and bedding which was nice. We were supposed to have access to the clubhouse which had a pool and hot tub but we didn't ever find the key.

Good hotel

Posted 12-Mar-2017
The hotel was great but there was no lake view as it was mentioned in the description. Other than that the hotel was really nice

Pretty much as expected

Posted 18-Jul-2016 on Hotels
Condo was nice although much farther away than the original condo location promised. Not a major deal but would prefer things not to change once notified of a room location. Don't know why you have to check-in at a remote location only to be given a lock password. Or are they profiling?

I saw a moose.

Posted 29-Jun-2016
It took a while to find the place high in the mountians., as we were driving into the complex a moose came out of the woods right behind our unit. Bad storms so we lost tv service for one hour. I will stay there again very quiet and peacefull.

RMRM is a property manager NOT a property

Posted 10-May-2016 on Hotels
RMRM is a property manager, not a hotel. We booked a condo, but it wasn't anywhere near where we wanted to stay. RMRM said they couldn't cancel our reservation because the homeowner was already notified, but they did offer to move us to different condos (which makes no sense if the owner was already notified). When you book with RMRM, they put you "somewhere" within the city/are you're requesting, so if you want to be in a particular part of the city (ex. downtown, marina, etc.) look for a different property manager.

Couples trip to Keystone

Posted 17-Feb-2016 on Hotels
Two couples in a 2 bedroom condo about halfway between Dillon and Keystone. Nice location as long as you have a car (we did) and want to save a little compared to the cost of staying in Keystone resort. Winter driving was less than 10 minutes to Keystone or Dillon, about 20 minutes to Frisco or A-Basin, and perhaps 30 minutes to Breck. There were some restaurants across a snowy bank; the Irish pub was so-so, plus a few others we didn't try. Condo was a little dated but still in nice condition. Cleaning crew did an "okay" job prior to our arrival. Neighbors were quiet. Master bedroom had a King plus bunkbeds, second bedroom had a queen - kind of strange... I would put the king by itself in the smaller room and put the queen in with the bunks, but this worked fine. Picking up keys from RMRM was easy - they are in the same parking lot as Sport Authority and City Market in Dillon, both places that we needed to make a stop at anyway. Pick up took less than 1 minute. All in all, a decent condo at a decent price. It was worth saving a few hundred dollars for our short trip (3 nights) in exchange for not being at a ski resort. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again, but if it was the right price I would definitely consider it.

Unclean unit w/ great view & poor customer service

Posted 21-Jan-2016 on Hotels
Great view, nice sized room, but poor customer service. Room was not ready for us when we checked-in. Additionally, it was very dirty - stains on comforter, hair in shower drain, dog hair on couch, dirty dishes, and overall just unclean - any vacuuming that was done must have been done in haste. Fireplace was nice, but there was no firewood available onsite, despite being advertised as having access to some. The RMRM staff did not communicate well with us on a couple of different occasions; they seemed to know very little about the property they were renting out. Again, the condo had an amazing view and it was relatively quiet, but lack of cleanliness and service made it an overall disappointment.
