Rooms were updated and clean. Free mini bar daily was a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was great place to have a cafe!

The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience.
