Welcome to our luxurious property on the idyllic Scharmützelsee, situated in a quiet side street with minimal resident traffic. The imposing Italian-style villa offers a unique holiday experience. Our exclusively furnished adjoining flat with an area of approx. 63 square metres is located in the side wing of the villa and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in a luxurious ambience.  
  
Comfortable furnishings await you inside. The flat boasts large, light-flooded rooms furnished in a cosy Mediterranean country house style and can accommodate up to three people. A particular highlight is the luxurious bathroom with a HomeSpa, which includes a free-standing double bathtub and a spacious sauna. Entertainment is provided by modern Wi-Fi and a smart TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  
  
The outdoor area invites you to relax with its spacious terrace areas, where both sun worshippers and those seeking shade will find what they are looking for. An exclusive lake access on the property offers you the opportunity to cool off in the clear Scharmützelsee at any time. Enjoy the hotel's own rowing boat in the summer months, whether for fishing (fishing licence required) or simply to savour the tranquil lake atmosphere. Admiring the sunset directly from the boat is an unforgettable experience.
