Thank you Marco and Phong for making our stay truly memorable the pool side villa was amazing breathtaking views of the ocean in literally our front yard. Thanks for all our chocolates and fruit also breakfast was delicious all types of food and the service from all the staff was exceptional absolutely wonderful holiday stay definitely a high five star resort will definitely be back.

Whether it was the warm welcome at check-in, the seamless concierge service, or the meticulous housekeeping, every detail was handled with professionalism and a personal touch. Loved this hotel for family trip with 2 young children. The kids club was great and the hotel thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. Food was fantastic and rooms were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Easily one of the best hotels in the world.
Amazing Property. Service and Food were top notch. Also love the location. We Will come back.
One of the 3 Pools. This is the only one that allow children under 14, but that worked out fine - not crowded.

AMAZING . This property is one of the best I have ever stayed at around the world. The staff is unbelievable. They always knew exactly what we needed before we even knew!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons. Excellent service and if you want to get away and enjoy a peaceful getaway, I recommend a stay here. If, however, you want to explore, shop and wine and dine outside the hotel, you will need to travel outside. The hotel is close to downtown Hoi An but probably a bit too far in my opinion. In any case, restful the stay was and that was what we wanted!

The main Infiniti pools are simply amazing. The restaurant La Sen is absolutely delicious. And the sports facilities (gym, tennis courts etc) are some of the best I have ever used. The villas are beautifully appointed, spacious and very comfortable.

Great stay but pricey food and airport shuttle
Overall, we had a great time at Four Seasons Nam Hai. The villa was luxurious and we enjoyed the complimentary lantern making class. Service was attentive and everyone greets you warmly. The private beach is clean and we enjoyed the privacy. We had dinner at Cafe Nam Hai, the food was good but prices are much steeper compared to our earlier dinners at Hoi An town. The breakfast was great too.. with good ala carte and buffet selections. The only letdown was the pricey airport shuttle which cost VND3.3m (including taxes). Since we already paid so much for our stay, we thought the shuttle service should be either complimentary or at least a more decent charge. Our previous hotel charged us only VND400k for a private transfer from Hoi An to Four Seasons Hotel (a similar distance from Four Seasons to the airport). In the end, we booked a grab 7-seater car for only VND350k.

We loved our time here. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I do think that cooling the pool may need to be an option as during a 35c degree spell the pool was sometimes warmer offering no relief. Great water sports, restaurants and food and drink by the pool.

The property was nice, clean, and excellent, but our only main problems were that the food was not up to our expectations given the price value of the hotel. Also, we were misinformed of the prices of the mini bar. Otherwise, I would say there are no problems.

An Oasis on the Vietnam Coast
