Das Hotel und das Personal der Rezeption sind super - die Ausstattung lässt fast keine Wünsche offen.
Es gibt zwei Ausnahmen:
1) das Gebäude ist sehr warm und es gibt keine Klimaanlagen was nachts nicht so schön ist
2) mit Ausnahme eines Morgens war der Service des Personals im Frühstücksraum sehr schlecht: einmal mussten wir auf Egg Benedict 30 min warten und beim zweiten Mal musste ich (nach 20 min warten) aufstehen, die Servicekraft suchen und den Kaffee bestellen.
