This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental boasts an open-concept living area perfect for family gatherings, a sparkling in-ground pool for cooling off on hot summer days, and a private fishing pier where you can try your luck catching your dinner. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: San Leon, Texas ● Private Pool: This home features a private in-ground pool that is 6ft deep with a spacious lounge area and overlooks Galveston Bay. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking. ● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway. This lower level also boasts two comfortable sofas that can be converted into full-size beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. \- No jumping or diving into the bay.
