The overall area had quite a bit of damage years ago from Hurricane Ike and the properties on this street all look to be new builds since then, or really nicely redone. So it’s a nice area and was quiet. We enjoyed the bay views, watching the pelicans and herons fishing. The kitchen is big and has everything you’d need. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner recently replaced the window units in the downstairs sleeping area and our night owl daughter enjoyed having her own space. The individual A/C in that room could not keep it comfortably cool and it smelled like mold. It actually had mildew or mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No chairs for sitting, no drawers for clothes. Bathroom had no counter space. Just inconvenient.
