An excellent property directly on the most idyllic beach. Apartments were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All the staff were truely amazing. Kind, helpful and nothing ever too much trouble. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

Great clean property. The beach is literally steps away from your room, unless you chose a cottage ( in which case you’re ON the beach ). Dickerson bay is one of the most beautiful on the island. Smiles from everyone, great Caribbean vibes. The property is well integrated in the environment. Plenty of choices to eat. Long romantic walks, with breathtaking sunsets. You park right in from of the property. Suitable for family and kids too.

This place is a hidden gem and very reasonably priced. Great place to stay if you're traveling with multiple families, especially small children. Small resort, where all of the apartments are in close proximity. Looking forward to coming back some day with our grandchildren.

We loved Buccaneer Beach Club. The rooms were outstanding, the property was great, the beach also great and restaurants within walking distance. While Buccaneer had few amenities you could find everything you wanted within a 5 minute walk . We will be back !!

This place is a gem!
AMAZING! This place is such a gem. The hotel grocery shopped for us in advance which was super helpful so we could make our own breakfast / snacks. They also have beers and snacks in the main office for purchase. The pool was so nice! And hotel is right on the beach with restaurants all along the beach. Callie cafe to the left and Salt Plage to the right. The ocean water was so nice and warm and always plenty of chairs for us to use It was perfect! Can’t wait to go back with friends

This is such a beautiful property that is steps away from Dickenson's Bay Beach! Natalie , our housekeeper was wonderful! Everyone is so friendly! We loved it here and we came prepared with spices, and groceries that can be cooked on a stove top, extra paper towels, and a few garbage bags. We will be back!!

We stayed in one of the two cottages and it was fantastic. It faced directly onto the beach and was so spacious for my family of 4. The staff were all helpful and friendly and it was so convenient to walk up and down to the other restaurants on the beach! I also highly recommend eating at Casa Roots and Ana’s while staying here, which were easy walks!

Nice, small beachfront property with full kitchen. The only negative was one of the receptionist’s needs more training on customer service. I went to the office 2x on 12/24 and had to say hello for her to look up and acknowledge me. There was no one else in the office?! We have stayed at this property many times and never had this experience. Oscar and Stanley are super helpful. Glad they are still there.

Beach was nice and not crowded. Modest resort without any fuss, value for money. Near to 2 good restaurants and a convenience store. Close to a grocery supermarket. On the same strip of beach as Sandals Resort but not too close that their guests overflow to Buccaneer Beach Club. We would go back there again.

Our first trip to Antigua. Buccaneer was great location with perfect Beach. Room was comfortable but could use some decorating (pictures and new couch). TVs had limited channels and were small. Recommend getting larger screen TVs and including Roku (or some other similar wifi service) so guests can stream their own TV choices. Having a car was helpful, but driving on the left is a challenge, especially since the local roads are HORRIBLE:(. While Buccaneer does not have any restaurants, there are plenty on the beach that you can walk too for lunch, and small drive (or cab) to many great local restaurants for dinner. Locals (both at resort and all over the island) are SO SO friendly and helpful.

The staff was great, from the front office to housekeeping to pool/garden/beach maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay. There are some places to eat and shop within walking distance. The staff had great suggestions and were very helpful, we rented a car and wanted to explore, so their guidance was super!

Despite the exceptional members of staff, their friendliness and apologetic attitude I experienced some challenges. The air conditioning leaked alot on the first day: it was fixed. The next day the toilet leaked and it was repaired hours later and during the night period it was an awful experience to witness it happening again. Once again the kind staff relocated me to another room for my final night stay. Honestly it was an experience I could do without.

There are no restaurants actually within the accommodation but a short walk in the pristine beach brings you to good food and stunning views. Staff friendly and helpful - ensured we had an enjoyable stay even though it was only one night.

Buccaneer Beech Club is an amazing place. We have been to the Caribbean many times before to Barbados. Antigua and this Hotel was exceptional the holiday we wanted the location can not be faulted it was outstanding will definitely be going back.

It was a horrible experience from check-in to checking out. Upon arrival, there were many big flies in the room, addressed the matter with receptionist and she have the audacity to tell me to spray with insecticide, I declined, and when i called her out on this she denied,this young lady need customer service skill, she also knowingly placed me amd my child at risk to hazardous fumes from a malfunction ceiling fan and lighting on and off, at first we thought it was insecticide odour until we started to feel nausea then we realized it was the fume from the fan, someone intentionally turned on the fan while we were away on excursions. I called receptionist and she observed the situation and this staff genuinely was alarmed and say she smells and indeed they knew it wasn't working. Management pretended he knew nothing, let's hope so. But some of you are awful individuals and do not belong in hospitality and tourism..I have never experience anything like this in my years of travel.

I can assure you that no one on this property will intentionally do anything to harm you or any of our guests. it is unfortunate that all our efforts to turn this situation around, were futile. Great location on the beach at Dickenson Bay. Property is very serene and beautiful. Would stay again! Only downfall is noise from other guest caries into rooms when trying to sleep and they are walking by as it is just shutters over screens-not sound proof.

Great location at Dickenson Bay. Very private, quiet, all suites have very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchenette. Nice large bathroom and a separate living room with a pull out sofa. There is tv's in the bedroom and living room. The holtel provides beach towels and it has sort of a little private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Very helful and friendly staff. Definitely would go there again.

Buccaneer beach club is a small hotel found in gorgeous Dickinson Bay on Antigua's North West coast. The property is immaculate, with a relaxing pool and direct access to the beach. What we loved was the size of our one-bedroom suite, with a large bathroom, large open-concept living, dining, kitchen area, comfortable bedroom, plus a balcony overlooking the grounds. We had breakfast every day watching and listening to the birds sing. While the hotel does not have a restaurant, a few steps to the beach gives you immediate options for all meals and drinks. They do provide toiletries, towels, ice, snacks, and bottled drinks in the main office. The facility is secure and you need a fob to enter through the gates. They even have a bbq area for grilling your own food. There is a mini-mart 5 mins away, where you can get basic food items, water, and alcoholic beverages as well. The beach is magnificent! There are umbrellas and loungers provided for guests of the hotel. We were very satisfied and happy with our experiences at Buccaneer!

Best Hotel in Antigua
Buccaneer Beach Club was Paradise! It is a small property so you are steps from the pool and steps from the beach- the best of both worlds. The landscaping is beautiful and our large patio overlooking the pool area was a wonderful place to sit at the beginning or end of the day. The beach area has lounge chairs and we were always able to find an empty one, and there is no extra charge to use them. The beach is top notch and I would recommend this hotel tohanyone.
