The best the hotel has to offer is the hospitality; from the moment of check in to departure staff was courteous and helpful.
Rooms are OK, but could use some hanging racks by bathroom and extra trash cans. They are clean and comfortable, but if you want something close o near the beach this one is not for you.
Was upgraded to the newer tower, which I'm sure impacted my experience. The newer rooms look exactly like the pictures and provide a pool/ocean view. The hotel is on the quieter side of town, which was what I wanted.
The beach over there is the best if you are travelling with kids, you can go into the ocean 100 ft and the water wont be over you knees. Pools have a perfect temperature! Staff is very nice. I´ve been to this hotel at least 10 times and will definetely go back again!
The location of hotel and pool with the complete view of the beach and ocean is fabulous (and clean). The breakfast under the pergola next to the beach was very good but you have to go somewhere else for the other meals. The hotel needs also remodeling
It's a nice but modest hotel. Small, but nice pool... parking available; great location (although no beach access); large but dated rooms with kitchen and noisy A/C. I guess this hotel would be great for people that will not remain there, but rather will go out to the beach, clubs, etc. It's not a "resort" in any way, but it's a nice, pleasant, very cheap hotel in Acapulco's newest and nicest area.
Excellent experience and service , from my arrival to my departure they take care of me to be sure everything was fine for me , I attended to a marriage ceremony of my nephew, however they manage my time with a taxy secure service to visit the principal attractions at very good rate, they answer all my questions regarding restaurants and beauty salon really I want to come back!!!!
This motel is a little past its prime. It was probably a pretty fancy place back in the mid 20th century, but the facilities are dated and in need of a little more maintenance. But the location was convenient to the airport, the price was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
With its upmarket resorts, Diamente—or Diamond—lives up to its name. Beaches here tend to be less crowded than those on Acapulco Bay. Locals favor Revolcadero and Barra Vieja beach, where diners feast on grilled snapper and seafood prepared in beachside huts. Near the airport, water lilies bloom in the mangroves of Tres Palos Lagoon (Laguna de Tres Palos), a haven for egrets and flamingos.
