"Great new property. For price paid was amazing. We were a little weary of being a new resort and some of the mixed reviews, but we are overly impressed, and happy we chose Avani. We followed this stay with Four Seasons on the same atoll, was a great duo. The price comparison is astounding, and so for what we paid here, the value of this property and its experience far exceeded our hopes! Our only negative experience, is the pool staff are not quite up to par in service, not eager to serve and seem bothersome. However, EVERY WHERE else they superseded!"

"Beautiful, relaxing resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The seaplane transfer from and back to Male airport was effortless thanks to the helpful staff at the airport and at the resort. On our last night at the resort, staff at the restaurant surprised us with a special table, decorated with a dolphin of colored rice, which was delightful. When we left the resort, staff assembled at the seaplane pier to bid us farewell and wish us safe travels and a pleasant trip, which was very heartwarming. We stayed in both a beach villa and a lagoon villa over the water. We definately recommend this resort, especially the lagoon villa, and hope to visit again."

"Beautiful guesthouse that exceeded expectations on a local island. Spacious clean rooms, easy and delicious food, great value for money and location near Hanifaru Bay. Staff was friendly, excursions available, and unaffiliated dive center 100 meters away. House reef non existent, but water was beautiful for swimming. "
