As a foreigner, I showed them the valid VISA, but the person at reception request the e-Visa application which is not requested by any other hotels. Please train the employee we'll and clean the pillows.

A few complaints from a BonVoy member. The shower and sink would not drain, so I stood in water despite a request to have it addressed. The WiFi never worked, despite my call to the front desk. Nobody called back. My emailed hotel bill contained no details, so I'll need to call back. Breakfast is not served until 11 am as indicated in the room service menu. Room service staff said it was wrong and stopped at 10:15. Ordinarily that would be fine, but I arrived at 4 a.m. from Ahmedabad that morning and scheduled my wake up according to the room service menu. I won't go back.

For a Marriott hotel, this was a very poor experience. As an experienced traveller and gold member I have stayed at many Marriott hotels throughout the year. A few issues to note: Check in took 20mins Check out room 25mins due to lack of staff There was one female to assist with luggage so my wife and I carried some ourself, as well as pushing the luggage trolly. The buffet was mostly empty both nights. Both my children got ill from eating in the restaurant They only had one luggage trolly for the whole hotel The deputy manager has no sense of hospitality or how to deal with unsatisfied customers. Personally I would not stay there again

⭐☆☆☆☆ As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was by far the worst stay I have ever had at any Marriott property. I stayed here for two nights with my family and had booked a Suite, expecting the standard of service and cleanliness that Marriott is known for. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the room did not even have basic amenities such as a dental kit or a comb. While these can be requested, I don’t expect to have to ask for such basic essentials in a suite. The room itself was not cleaned properly. It looked as though housekeeping had rushed through it. There was dust in almost every corner, and I found several insects inside the room. During my stay, I personally killed four insects while trying to sleep. The bathroom was equally disappointing—there were hairs in the bathtub, and when I entered the shower area, I found a spider web covering part of the shower. I even have a video documenting these issues. The balcony was also in a terrible condition. It was dirty on arrival, with cigarette butts lying around. Even after housekeeping serviced the room the next day, the balcony was left untouched, and the cigarette butts were still there. Service was another major letdown. Every time I needed something, I had to call the front desk four or five times before it was attended to. This is simply not the level of responsiveness I expect from a Marriott-branded hotel.
