General cleanliness has gone downhill in the past few weeks. Shampoo/shower gel was empty. Staff super friendly as always, just feels like it's not what as good as it used to be.

The Swiss Lodge was perfect for our stay. A country getaway was what we were looking forward to and got exactly this. The rooms were comfortable and had individual temperature controls. The kitchen and living room was spacious and ideal for our group. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I will definitely visit here again

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The bed was very comfortable (6ft) and the staff were always very helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and perfectly acceptable. We didn't take up dinner as being inside the middle of the building maybe not the best eating environment. The club house was another option but wasn't advertised as such. The surrounding area is beautiful and there are certainly lovely walks together with other eating options close by in Exmouth, Topsham and Buddly salterton etc. Would certainly stay here again.

Staff were fabulous here. Also the gym, sauna, etc v good. Theres also some great walks around the area too. We got a free room upgrade plus staff put up the birthday banner and balloons for my daughter 20th x

Very thin walls so you hear everything your neighbours are doing from talking to flushing the toilet. We spent one night here, although enjoyed the use of their health club, won’t be rushing back for the bedrooms.

We stayed in one of the lodges very nice and comfortable, paintwork was a little tired. Used the swimming pool, again very nice.

I wanted to have a great time because I had been before and had a great time but certain things let it down this time for me. Booking said breakfast was included but when I got there I was told it wasn’t. Little details in the room like the hand soap was empty and the toilet roll had nearly run out. It was quite noisy in the room I was in from the atrium and I think the stairs. The room service was great though and the room was clean.

A fab 2 days
Absolutely! Just what I needed! Relaxing, no pressure, happy, friendly and just plain good for me. Staff lovely, pool cool, massage muscle de-stressing, jaccuzu hot and bubbly, food tasty. All in all 2 days of relaxation without the fuss...

Short twixmas break
On the whole the hotel is very good. However the service at the evening meal was very slow. We had an issue with one of the meals but that was dealt with to our satisfaction. Room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is well situated for exploring the surrounding area.

Great stay as always, with friendly staff happy to go above and beyond during this stressful holiday season. Check in is prompt and helpful, breakfast is generous and plentiful, and management was all "hands on deck", present and caring with guests and staff alike. It's by far my favourite place in the area, and I keep coming once a month and am never disappointed. A haven of peace and quiet with outstanding staff, stay after stay.

Stayed in the lodge and although it needed paint touchups in certain areas (dog scratches on the doors etc) it would have been acceptable except that it was dirty. Grime in the shower/bath, cobwebs above the light fittings, drink spills on walls and grime on the radiators. Oven door was full of grease as well as the window handle in the kitchen. Window smears and food crumbs in the cutlery drawers…. Needs a thorough deep clean all over.

Unique Swiss Chalet with reverse facilities with additional spa/sauna and pool facilities within the hotel. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The only downside was the chalet could benefit from a little TLC.

Superb hotel
We had a really enjoyable stay at the Woodbury Park hotel. We have stayed there before and always find the staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed swimming in their pool and my husband used the golf driving range. Our standard room was comfortable and a good size. In the bathroom there is a bath with a shower over it. As I enjoy a Bath and my husband likes a shower, it suited both of us. I look forward to our next stay there.

Nice stay
Stay was fine they were very informative about timings of the facilities and dining the spa was nice and well kept the bedrooms were basic but clean did not have an outside view but was generally a nice clean stay staff were friendly and happy to help and assist where possible.

Room was ok bathroom a bit rough and had to fix toilet. And make sure you book restaurant and activities before you go as we received a email the day before that the restaurant was fully booked All weekend, had to travel to nearest pub for food.
