A splendid hotel, combining old world charm with modern convenience and facilities. Located in a wonderful elevated position overlooking the bay, having terrific sea views from the bedroom and dining room. Staff both helpful, attentive to needs and generally friendly and welcoming.
Food menu in the evening offered good choice and at a very reasonable price for the 3 course set menu at £25.00.
Leisure facilities excellent and massage was very good (although a friendlier initial greeting by the masseuse would have been welcome).
Breakfast offered a good choice of cooked and continental dishes; however, the buffet was unappetising and mainly swimming in grease. (the scrambled eggs had a stale and poor taste).
