The receptionist was very nice and friendly, bar was shut when she went home at 9pm. Single room, was very small, only 1 pillow, bed was ok. Breakfast was not good. The bacon was over cooked and quite salty. The sausages had been cooked prior to breakfast and cut in half. And it was all put on the toast. Coffee was ok

As we are in our low season period at the moment our reception and bar shuts earlier, but opens later during our peak times when we are busier. With regards to your room, our singles are the smallest so we would recommend if you rebook to consider booking a standard double, these are a lot more spacious. Also, each room comes with an extra pillow - either in the wardrobe or under the bed, our team would have been happy to help in this regard. Apologies that you didn't enjoy your breakfast, after looking into this I think there was some confusion with your ticket, which would have been our fault but our team would have been more than happy to redo your breakfast for you. It was quite as there was only 6 giests in the whole hotel so it ment plenty of parking available thankfully. very welcoming and a pleasant stay again.

Clean, Comfortable and Well Situated
The Grosvenor Plymouth provides a clean, comfortable lodgings with an excellent breakfast. Just a short walk from the Plymouth harbour and a short taxi ride from the train station, the Grosvenor proved to be a wonderful location for our stay.

Our stay was very pleasant at the hotel which is close to the city centre and the Hoe. The service was excellent, the breakfast very good, our only problem which was minor was that the temperature of the hot water shower was very temperamental in that it changed from freezing to boiling hot and back without notice. This was brought to the attention of the reception who stated that it would be looked at.

Good location near the Hoe and walkable to the City Centre. The hotel has limited parking but we were lucky to get the last free slot. There is lots of parking on the street but you have to pay, even for overnight. Breakfast was OK with prompt service.

Property is in a good location. Not their fault there was a lot of noisy building work going on opposite. Property needs a bit of tlc. Bathroom floor was wet all the time as there appeared to be a leak. Breakfast room was extremely noisy. Staff were were efficient and friendly.
