Great place to stay
The room was lovely and was clean, the farm setting made it a nice change from staying in a chain hotel. Breakfast in times of Covid was alright but not ideal, we would have preferred a hot offering but it was ok. There was no water in the room until you collected breakfast which left me a bit dehydrated on the first night. Landlady was very nice.

Thank you for your review. As stated in the welcome booklet, all the water on the farm is mains drinking water. You had a choice of glasses in your room. Hopefully we will see you again next year.

Excellent visit.
A really great place to stay. The family are so helpful, all covid precautions are in place. Fantastic breakfast hamper, love the animals, handy to get into ilfracombe. Will most certainly return again if in the area.

Fantastic Stay in an Idyllic and Convenient Locati
Stayed here in August 2021 for two nights with my wife and two young children, and Mullacott Farm fitted the bill perfectly. Ideally situated just outside Ilfracombe and a short drive to Woolacombe Beach, room was immaculately clean and well-equipped. Farm is in a beautiful location and the hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed two of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time and, considering I was sharing a room with a 1 and 4 year old, that's quite some feat! Blinds blacked out the room such that they both overslept and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended - had a fabulous couple of days in North Devon, and already planning our next trip!

After arriving we were told dogs not allowed although, we booked what suppose to be pet friendly. I was then told that they saw what I booked and it was not pet friendly. Apparently, I was wrong because the owner was with me when I booked the B&B because, she seen it ???? The owner then tells us they have swimming pool and horse trekking advertise even though, they do not have this and blaming booking.com etc., Maybe they should sit down and work on there advertisements and sort it I had to walk away from our 3 night stay as I could not have both dogs sitting in a car for 3 days, I certainly did not ask for any refund because, of the arrogant owner also, having a shower fitting falling of the wall because they had not screw the fitting correctly and finally dust sitting on top of pictures and top of wardrobe. Because of the arrogance of the owner I certainly shall never return which, I later found that they have attitude once I

Great value for money B&B
Despite being amazing value for money, this B&B accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious, and run in a friendly and helpful way by two generations of the same family. Great choice at breakfast, with yummy fruit and yogurt as well as cereal, cooked choices etc. Choice of teas at breakfast included Earl Grey, and we were pleased to have decaff coffee in the room. The only small problem was we (and others) couldn't get the wifi to work; probably needed rebooting as we gather there had been a power cut earlier. We drove into Ilfracombe to eat, which is only a mile or two, and easy to park in the evening in May.

This property is ideal for families. The family room was big, clean, and had everything we could need. The parking was free and wifi was excellent. Nice staff and great breakfasts. Very close to Ilfracombe but nice to be somewhere quiet with adorable animals for the children (and Parents) to enjoy.

It is good to stay at a farm with all the fresh air and in a great atmosphere. Good for family with kids. Not too far from attractions Woolacombe beach 10 mins and other attractions also around 30 min radius. Could do better with shampoos in the shower. :)
