It was a good room for a stop over

Pros: Its in the centre of the town and university
Cons: - Bathroom toiletries -dispenser doesn't work - Poor Gym
The hotel was good overall. There are few issues. The toiletries (shampoo and soap) in the bathroom has issue - the hand pump doesn't dispense the soap

Only one member of staff on duty mid evening dealing with a protracted enquiry meant we had to wait a little bit too long to book in. Bedrooms recently refurbished.

A quick stop-over whilst driving my parents to the cross channel ferry. Clean, convenient and comfortable hotel.

The Jurys' Out

Posted 23-Aug-2016 on Hotels
It was almost impossible to park and as I am disabled it was particularly inconvenient as there was no easy way to drop off my baggage or any Porter staff visible. The mattress was unyielding and the room awkward and uncomfortable. The cupboard was badly designed and doorless. I was not happy. There was no safe or fridge in the room although it had an ironing board and iron, neither of which I had a need for. I did not feel secure.
