exeter

Pros: It's OK
Cons: Lighting poor, generally. Bedside lights useless, one of them broken. Making the bed would be nice
Sayed three nights over Christmas. Room was not cleaned Christmas Day (fair enough), but not cleaned Boxing Day either, despite a request for it to be done.

Fair value

Posted 27-Dec-2015
Pros: Modern basic hotel, rooms comfortable and spacious
Cons: Parking in multi storey car park opposite, not on site exactly
Location: close to city centre, bus station, cinema
Two night stay very reasonable value for money. Filler......

Too noisy

Posted 18-Dec-2015
I have stayed at this hotel many, many times and it is good. The staff are friendly, rooms clean. The problem is that if you are in a room with a connecting door forget about sleeping or privacy. Couple came in at 2.30am next door and had a chat till 4.00am. There was no shouting but I ended up having to sleep on the floor near the door to try and get a bit of peace and quiet. Similar experience when a couple of pensioners were next door and watching TV on a previous visit. You can hear everything. This is an issue in terms of getting to sleep but also of privacy as I overheard full credit card and pin details they provided for a cruise and how bad Ethel's hip was.

Good hotel close to the centre of the city.

Posted 29-Nov-2015
Pros: Close to taown centre and associated amenities. Parking nearby.
Cons: Coffee in the bar and the beds.
Nice hotel near the centre of the city and all amenities. Clean, pleasant staff and nice bar area. Free wifi a little slow and the coffee from the bar was not good. My only complaint is that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard for my tastes.

Birthday trip

I took my daughter to Exeter for her 18th birthday and booked to stay in the jury's Inn which was a great place to stay and I can't fault the place at all.

Excellent

Very good hotel. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Handy location, a short walk into town. No parking on site but reduced rates for guests at the NCP directly opposite. Decent bar meals at reasonable prices for this sort of hotel.

Very small room for 3...

Posted 28-Oct-2015 on Hotels
Hotel is fine, but the 3 person room is a misnomer. See normal 2 person room with another bed crammed in. Frankly expected more at over £100 per night; a rate which did not include parking (although local NCP is discounted) and breakfast is additional. OK bit not sure we would rush back. Premier Inn quality at a higher price.

Jury's Inn in Exeter England.

Everyone on staff was committed to provide exceptional service to the patrons. They certainly helped me in any number of areas and were glad to answer any questions I might have asked. The town of Exeter is fairly difficult to negotiate just because of its age. But I had very little overall problems in this respect. I would go to the hotel in the future, as I have family in the area.
