We used this hotel as a staging point for explorations into Devon and Cornwall. It was ideally located on the outskirts of the city as we didn't have to battle the traffic in the centre of Exeter. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had lots of variety, and you could help yourself to extra tea, coffee and milk capsules in the foyer. Parking was free and there was ample space. The pub adjacent to the parking lot offered and wide menu for an inexpensive dinner.
We had an embarrassing moment when we accidently jammed our door closed. The staff members on duty were very friendly and helpful in assisting us regain entry, especially one young man (I think his name was Jordan) who had just completed a long night shift. Highly commended!
