Good modern hotel with good size room. Pillows surprisingly hard but otherwise comfortable beds, Quiet apart from air conditioning. Evening meal in the restaurant ; main course excellent, desert less so. Breakfast pretty mediocre.
Ideal location for Theatre or Pavilions. room spotless, nice extra touches. Comfy bed and good choice of breakfasts. Will book again when going to concert or theatre.
Stayed for one night on route to St Ives. Stayed in executive room on first floor. Room very clean has sky tv but not movies had sports. There are some rooms on ground floor which I wouldn’t recommend as there was people smoking outside which would not be nice coming through the window. Apart from ...
It was a great experience with nice people and great food. It shall be better advertised. The price was a good value for the offer. It was a little complicated to go on the motorway on the way to Heathrow but I think with some investments and the local authority the exit can avoid the labyrinth the ...
Three nights here and we were very pleased. Hotel clean and welcoming, room large and light (room 77) with a good bed. Power shower in the bedroom was great: far better than the pathetic trickles in so many hotel rooms.
it was fine the room could need up dating the food was very good for lunch in the golf club house
This is a really nice hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff and a lovely fitness suite/pool. We didn't eat here but there are plenty of nearby restaurants and take-aways. Ideal location for Exeter city centre and the Cathedral, which is beautiful and well worth a visit.
Stayed here when visiting Plymouth Uni. Very friendly staff, secure parking, rooms looking a little tired but still comfy. Good breakfast, plenty of places to eat within walking distance and uni within walking distance.
Despite the fact that Devon is such a wonderful mix of beautiful coastline and landscapes, historic cities and brilliant seaside towns, not everyone comes here purely for pleasure. The business community is always on the move and needs to be kept well equipped and well connected. If you're a company rep you'll need to have a hotel that meets your special needs, and there are plenty of business hotels in Devon that can supply you with everything on that score.
Business hotels in Devon offer a number of facilities that are tailored to meet the needs of a busy travelling executive with a heavy workload. High-speed broadband WiFi will be available in the guestrooms as well as in public parts of the hotel, and access to spa facilities such as an indoor pool and fitness centre also often comes as standard. As business people work to tight schedules and don't always know what the day ahead may bring, express check-in and check-out are common services too.
As a busy corporate executive based in a city like Plymouth or a seaside locale such as Torquay, you'll have access in your business hotel to an executive suite in many cases, and certainly to an executive lounge where you'll be able to pick up refreshments and chill out or concentrate on paperwork at any time of day or night. Faxing, printing, photocopying and easy access to a landline will also help oil the cogs of your professional life here.
Anyone travelling on business in Devon will be easily able to locate a suitable business hotel in any of the bigger towns, and in cities such as Plymouth there'll be a great choice. Free laundry and parking, a daily maid service and access to onsite gym and spa equipment are just as few of the specialist services available, and when not actually busy with work the travelling company rep will find that Devon has many attractions to enjoy. With areas like Dartmoor just inland and a famously spectacular coastline, Devon has something for everyone.
