Very nice, easy to find, clean, comfortable at very good price. Hard to do better in England. Excellent food and service.
Room was great - facilities excellent, nothing to dislike.
Easy go get to airport. Staff pleasant. Would stay again. Because of early flight missed breakfast. Shame there was nothing out earlier for an early morning snack.
Have paid two visits recently to this hotel. On both occasion we have been impressed by the location, service and rooms - which, for the price (offered by Expedia), offer terrific value. The food in the adjacent pub has been excellent. Breafast in the hotel is extremely good, while our experience ...
I arrived quite early and although I couldn’t check in they looked after my bags till later and put a note on the room booking that I was going to be late arriving that evening and not to free up the room to someone else.
The staff were extremely helpful, and kindly saved some breakfast for us after we missed our first night’s stay due to a delayed ferry (and had to travel through the night). We had the family room which was wonderful- large and spacious- and when we asked for another towel it was provided immediately. ...
Obviously quite recently renovated. Very comfortable. Breakfast good but a little manic. Self service and SO many people but staff helpful and friendly when approached. Beds comfortable and towels fluffy. Plenty of parking and a Brewers Fayre just round the corner for evening meal.
There were items missing from the prestige room, the television did not work in our room and someone entered our room whilst we were in bed! The lady on reception at check out was very friendly and helpful.
Incredibly helpful staff. Good size room with good amenities.
Despite the fact that Devon is such a wonderful mix of beautiful coastline and landscapes, historic cities and brilliant seaside towns, not everyone comes here purely for pleasure. The business community is always on the move and needs to be kept well equipped and well connected. If you're a company rep you'll need to have a hotel that meets your special needs, and there are plenty of business hotels in Devon that can supply you with everything on that score.
Business hotels in Devon offer a number of facilities that are tailored to meet the needs of a busy travelling executive with a heavy workload. High-speed broadband WiFi will be available in the guestrooms as well as in public parts of the hotel, and access to spa facilities such as an indoor pool and fitness centre also often comes as standard. As business people work to tight schedules and don't always know what the day ahead may bring, express check-in and check-out are common services too.
As a busy corporate executive based in a city like Plymouth or a seaside locale such as Torquay, you'll have access in your business hotel to an executive suite in many cases, and certainly to an executive lounge where you'll be able to pick up refreshments and chill out or concentrate on paperwork at any time of day or night. Faxing, printing, photocopying and easy access to a landline will also help oil the cogs of your professional life here.
Anyone travelling on business in Devon will be easily able to locate a suitable business hotel in any of the bigger towns, and in cities such as Plymouth there'll be a great choice. Free laundry and parking, a daily maid service and access to onsite gym and spa equipment are just as few of the specialist services available, and when not actually busy with work the travelling company rep will find that Devon has many attractions to enjoy. With areas like Dartmoor just inland and a famously spectacular coastline, Devon has something for everyone.
